 15 ml Orange liqueur
 120 ml Apple cider
 ½ Fresh lime juice
 12 tsp Maple syrup

Mix equal parts cinnamon sugar and flaky sea salt on a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip the rim into the mixture to coat evenly.
