 200 g Romaine lettuce
 50 g Parmesan cheese
 200 kg Chicken breast
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 4 tbsp Caesar dressing
 Salt
 Black pepper

Step 1:
Wash and dry the romaine leaves thoroughly. Tear into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Step 2:
If using chicken, season with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry until golden and fully cooked, about 5–6 minutes per side. Slice into strips.

Add croutons and chicken to the lettuce. Drizzle with olive oil and Caesar dressing.

Toss gently to coat, sprinkle with shaved Parmesan, and serve immediately.
