 500 g Fresh broccoli florets
 150 g Crispy bacon
 120 g Sharp cheddar cheese
 80 g Red onion
 60 g Sunflower seeds
 80 g Dried cranberries
 150 g Mayonnaise
 100 g Greek yogurt
 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
 1 tbsp Honey
 Salt
 Black pepper

Prepare the broccoli: Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets. Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, then immediately transfer to ice water. Drain well.

Cook the bacon: Fry until crispy, then crumble into small pieces.

Make the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheddar, red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
